ICOS, a.s. Košice provides its customers services of operational and financial leasing for procurement of IT technologies and software through cooperation with slovak branch of international leasing company GRENKELEASING.

Whom the leasing is intended for?

Leasing is intended for all legal entities – enterpreneurs (companies and individual enterpreneurs), municipal governnment (municipal districts, cities, municipal corporation) and not-for-profit organizations that exists at least one year.

Operational leasing

  • duration: 15 to 60 months
  • minimal purchasing amount: 1.000,- € without VAT (500,- € without VAT for 15- and 24-month leasing)
  • whom its intended: companies that are aware of the need to invest in such a rapid moral obsolescence of computer HW and SW; to retain their competetive advantage; whereas do not want to take care of recycling the used hardware. Customer can leased subject return after finishing the operational leasing or buy it
  • carrying value: market carrying value at the time of leasing completion
  • advantages of operation leasing: operational leasing allows to procure new technologies from operating facilities; is desired mainly for technologies that are usually often renovated in periods of leasing - after finishing the leasing the lessee has no care with obsolescence technologies disposal

Financial leasing

  • duration: 36 to 60 months
  • minimal purchasing amount: 1.000,- € without  VAT
  • carrying value: contractually agreed (1-3 % of procurement price)
  • advantages of operation leasing: relieves working capital and allows faster depreciation (3 years instead of 4 years) and thereby lower the company taxation
