Intelligent Buildings
Enterprise Buildings Integrator (EBI) is a configurable system of building administration, which integrates other systems via graphic extension. It is reliable when providing comfort and safety of persons and effective building running. EBI is a set of applications, which provide a complex data management and system control for one or more buildings. The system can be integrated with existing company systems (ERP) and Internet and Intranet applications. The benefit of it lies in lower operating cost, optimum energy consumption control, and high level of property and personal security.
Electric fire-alarm systems (EPS)
Electronic fire alarm system is designed for companies and organization requiring a reliable and integrable system of the personal and property fire alarm protection. It is mainly administrative buildings, shop floors, warehouses, roofed multifunctional halls, cable channels and other objects. EPS is used for fire-related evaluation and alarm warning. Fire detection is carried out by detectors. Their signals are evaluated at the exchange, which activates fire-alarm outputs and relevant equipment. By implementing EPS system you increase personal and property fire protection.
Evacuation announcement system (ER)
The evacuation announcement system is designed for companies and organizations with the need to control people’s evacuation. The evacuation announcement system together with the fire-alarm exchange or some other fire-alarm equipment enables to make announcements within buildings or in the concerned sections of buildings. Announcement is carried out automatically or semi-automatically via signal distributed into reproducers in individual evacuation zones. By introduction of this system you will increase safety and promptness of evacuation of persons from the secured building.
Electric security systems (EZS)
They are designed for companies and organizations with the need to protect property and confidential information. It serves for alarm evaluation and indication in connection with unauthorized access to a building and unauthorized intervention in the system. The violation detection is performed by sensors. Signals of sensors are evaluated by the exchange, which at the same time activates violation alarm system. By activation of the system you will increase property and confidential data protection.
Industrial camera system (CCTV)
The industrial camera system is designed for companies and organizations that want to monitor their buildings or operations. These are mainly department stores, hotels, garages, administrative buildings, airports, stations, industrial companies, entertainment and sports centres. Industrial television reads, distributes and subsequently saves video signal. By CCTV system introduction you will increase buildings protection and improve supervision over operations.
Access systems and attendance systems
Access systems are designed for companies and organizations that want to monitor access or attendance. These are mainly administrative buildings, industrial business, entertainment and sports centres. The access system provides access control and building, objects and object sections attendance. It subsequently enables to manage the data given. Following the identification element verification the access terminal will open the door or tourniquet. By introducing the access system you will prevent unauthorized accesses and ensure precise monitoring of people’s attendance and movement.
Heavy current
It provides power supply and operating conditions for equipment and systems requiring electric power supply. For this purpose we provide services in the scope of technological installation (NN connections, heavy current operating distribution systems) and constructional installation (lighting, lightning conductors).
Measuring and Control (M a R)
Measuring and control provide effective and reliable monitoring and control of heating, venting and air conditioning equipment for the operator. Flexible architecture uses open standards enabling to create an integrated solution with transparent communication with the third party’s subsystems. Individual subsystems can be viewed and they can control, monitor and analyze data. Thanks to data history tracking trends, tables and charts can be created directly via the intelligent work/station. Via measuring and control system equipment control can be simplified, productivity can be increased and operating costs can be reduced.

1., Občianske združenie Košická aréna / Košice Arena Civil Association, EPS and ER for Steel Arena Košice
The electric fire-alarm system is the solution for securing internal premises of Steel Arena using automatic and press-button fire detectors. It speeds up process of passing information onto persons appointed. EPS manages accessories increasing thus people’s safety (Evacuation announcement system, fire ventilation, measuring and control, access system and other). The evacuation announcement system is used for fast and organized evacuation of people present in winter arena premises. This announcement system is divided into evacuation zones and interconnected with EPS.

2., Slovak Telekom, a.s., Securing selected buildings in Košice, Prešov and Banská Bystrica
Selected buildings were secured using electronic systems (EPS, EZS, security camera systems, access systems). The fire-alarm system is a solution for securing selected premises using automatic and press-button fire detectors. It speeds up the process of passing information about the incurred fire onto persons appointed. The security system is used for warning about protected zone violation and informs on the building forced entry. The security camera system monitors selected internal and external premises, visual record distribution and archiving. The access system prevents forced entries and stay of unauthorized persons in the building given. All the systems are integrated into a superior system for managing and monitoring the object running. The integrated graphic system enables a complex overview, optimum control of energy consumption, high level of security and reduction of the building operating costs. The superior system is integrated with the existing company Internet and intranet systems and applications.

3., Košice autonomous region, Attendance system
Entrances into KSK buildings are equipped with attendance terminals for identification by contactless chip card. Terminals are connected to attendance system server for attendance data collection and accumulation using exclusive LAN connection with distributed and centrally backed up power supply. System provides web application for data verification and employees attendance preview.

4., Správa ciest KSK, Attendance system
Organization departments are equipped with attendance terminals for identification by contactless chip card. Terminals power supply are locally backed up; departments with internet access are connected through WAN to attendance system server whereas departments without internet access have local data collection into internal terminal memory with monthly manual data collection using mobile media (USB keys).
