Solutions for Municipal Government
Solutions for municipal government provide services on two main levels. Internally support the coordination, efectivity and ensuring the internal activities of municipal and self-governing offices and authorities. Externally support the awareness of the inhabitants and ensures communication with municipal government.
Currently there are in production the following solutions:
Digital Council
WHOM is the application intended for:
- Greater territorial units, magistrates, offices;
- Office employees taking part in preparation of materials as well as in the council meetings, i.e. managers of individual departments, section leaders and officials;
- Council members and citizens (External part).
WHY to decide for Digital Council
The Digital Council makes processes related to the council more effective, simpler and more transparent. Solution key features are as follows:

Social Service Management
Its a solution for municipal counties and municipal corporations in supporting and ensuring administrative activities of the social departments and supporting the awareness and communication with citizens bellow the poverty line. Solution eases officer administrative work off which allows to devote more time to communication with citizens and social services providers and hence provide higher quality of social services. Solution is modular so that it allows to solve the most critical issues.
Solution modularity allows to implement it in phases according to actual municipality requirements and financial resources and individual departments readiness. Social Service Management is fully in accordance with Act No. 448/2008 Coll. Its modules represents separate application specilized for particular activities of social services:
- Registry of social services providers;
- Management of application for granting a social serfvice;
- Overview on available positions for social services providers;
- Collection of data from social services providers about executed services and consumption of public funds;
- Systematic quality audit of provided services;
- Public municipal social services portal.
Task assignment application
Application for task management provides central point for control and tracking of tasks generated in municipal bodies and offices meetings. It includes task status tracing and their analytical time evaluation.
Structural fund portal
It is a portal solution that gives the actual information from various operational programs areas intended for particular municipal governments; it provides information about structural funds interesting for final recipient.

1 ., Košice autonomous region, Digital Council I., II., III.
Short description: Digital Council application automates processes related to preparation and approval of materials for Košice municipal government council (KSK), their publishing on the web site and archiving together with the work of members and committee activities. The benefit of Digital Council is higher efficiency, simplicity and transparency of processes related to prepration and organization of KSK council meetings. The council members have the possibility to communicate with voters via discussion forum on the web site given and at the same time the identity of the member is guaranteed. They also have possibility to form various views, filtered lists and voting statistical summaries. Secretaries of committees or committee chairpersons actively enter DZ system via preparation of committee discussion agenda, support related to creating and distributing invitations for committee discussions, basic materials included, as well as to forming structured report of committee discussions. Committee members, who are also assembly members are given available materials prior to the committee discussion. Thus no print is required.

2., City of Spišská Nová Ves, Digital Council
Short description: Application is implemented in smaller range to support internal needs of Organizational department and city Mayor Bureau. It provides effective preparation of city council meetings, that means preparation of topics and materials for particular meeting topics.

3., Košice autonomous region, Social Services department
Short description: Social Services application provides the support for Social Services Department in the two main areas:
- Registry of social services providers according to Act No. 448/2008 Coll., section 62 through 69; in the extent defined for municipal governments in all activities defined by the afore mentioned act;
- Support for processing the applications for granting the social service to KSK citizens; it provides information about received and opened application to department officers, controls legal deadlines for application processing; and information about services providers available capacities.

4., Košice autonomous region, Structural funds portal
Short description: This portal offers up-to-date information from various circuits of operating programs, information on that part of structural funds, which is interesting for the receiver. Those, who will be interested, can obtain new up-to-date information and changes in the selected circuit of operating systems. Implementation and effective functioning of this information network will enable to get help from structural funds easier and will help to eliminate technical insufficiencies related to preparation of projects, which are created in the programming time period as the result of changes initiated by managing bodies of individual operating programs.
